Define your scope
A test fit checks whether the tenancy can support the business before the interior design is developed. Reception, customer circulation, staff work, storage, equipment and services are considered together. Coordinated drawings then give the client, landlord, consultants and fit-out team a shared basis for approval, pricing and construction.
